Scholarships 2024

Open Arms Suicide Prevention Scholarship (in memory of Jacob Sikel) – Due April 29^th Applicants must be a High School Senior who will be graduating in 2024 and are planning to enter an accredited college or technical school.  Complete the application and write an essay answering the question provided.

Fillmore County ADA Scholarship – Due April 30^th This scholarship is open to current high school seniors or first year college students.  Students must write a 300 word (maximum) essay describing their involvement in the Fillmore County dairy program, including what they have gained from being in the dairy industry.  Students must be enrolled or be enrolling in post-secondary education. 

Craig Bucknell LeRoy Lions Scholarship – Due May 3^rd  Students must return a completed application, have a minimum GPA of 2.3 in H.S., receive a signed diploma & maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 in college.  Criteria to select recipients will include GPA, class rank, academic honors, school attendance, and leadership roles, volunteer or service work is perhaps the main criterion.

LeRoy Rod & Gun Club Scholarship – Due May 5^th  Recipient should be a member or the son/daughter of a member of the LeRoy Rod & Gun Club, or a member of the LeRoy-Ostrander Trap Team.  If not a member, have an interest in but not limited to hunting, fishing, conservation, shooting sports or other outdoor related activities.  Must have a minimum GPA of 2.3 in H.S., receive a signed diploma and display high moral character.  Extracurricular activities, work experience, & community involvement will be considered highly.
